Kick Off Customer Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Kick Off, an online ticketing platform owned and operated by Loop Co., Ltd. By accessing or using our website (www.kickoff.in.th) and related services (collectively, the 'Website'), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Amendments to Terms

Kick Off reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

3. Registration and User Account

To use certain features of the Website, users must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Update information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
Keep your login credentials secure and notify Kick Off of any unauthorized use.

Only one account is allowed per user. Serious violations, such as unauthorized ticket reselling, may result in account termination.

4. Limitations of Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable local laws. Prohibited activities include posting harmful, unlawful, or obscene content; attempting unauthorized access to the Website; and engaging in fraudulent activities.

5. Terms of Purchase

Kick Off serves as an intermediary between ticket buyers and event organizers (the 'Event Organizer'). By purchasing tickets through the Website, you agree that the Event Organizer is solely responsible for event delivery and content. Purchases are final, and refund eligibility follows standard rules, subject to the Organizer's policies. Payments are currently processed via PromptPay.

5.1 Changes to tickets

Kick Off and the event organizers reserve the right to change the details of tickets you have purchased, including but not limited to seating position, ticket type, or the time and venue of the event, for the purposes of event management, safety, or any other force majeure circumstances. We will endeavor to notify you in advance with reasonable notice.

6. Ticket Refund Policy

Refunds for tickets will only be processed in the event that a football match is postponed or cancelled, and only if the ticket holder submits a refund request within the period announced by the Club (the "Refund Request Window").

1. Refund via Bank Transfer or PromptPay

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the Club has closed the Refund Request Window.
A convenience fee of THB 10 may be charged and deducted from the total refund amount, unless the Club decides to cover this fee.
The ticket holder must provide accurate and complete bank account or PromptPay details. The Company and the Club will not be responsible for any delay or failure caused by incorrect information provided by the ticket holder.

2. Refund via Credit Card

Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used for the original purchase within 30–45 business days after the Club has closed the Refund Request Window.
A convenience fee of THB 10 may be charged and deducted from the total refund amount, unless the Club decides to cover this fee.
Processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank. The Company and the Club will not be responsible for any delays caused by the bank's processes.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation fails, either party may pursue further legal action in accordance with Thai law.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Kick Off is not responsible for the content, quality, or conduct of any event. All liability related to event performance lies with the Organizer. The Website is provided 'as is', and Kick Off disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and text, is the intellectual property of Kick Off or its licensors. Unauthorized use of such content is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Kick Off does not control or endorse such websites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Kick Off is committed to protecting user data in compliance with local data protection laws. Please review our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

12. Suspension, Modification, and Termination of Services

Kick Off reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend the Website's services, with prior notice, for maintenance or other reasons. In case of serious violations, user accounts may be terminated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
